"EPIC MICKEY" video game

Apparently a new game is in development based on Disney World and it looks very strange and very interesting. Here is the story and some of the bizarre concept art work for it.

WOW! That looks so freaky. The last video game about disney world I heard about was "Magical Racing Tour" and I played that all of the time. Hopefully this game will be amazing, it looks like it will be.

From what i have read, the plot will revolve around the older characters going after Mickey for becoming popular even though they were created first.

I was pretty awestruck when i saw the artist concepts. it looks interesting. in the one scene with the rocket, you can see Oswald on the side of the ship. The Country Bear-Mech looks a little intense! Not really that's probably what they're actually made of

The artwork does look amazing, but I'm a little surprised - it seems strange that Disney would go in this direction with their parks / characters...

I'm trying to reserve my judgement, but I'm a little sad to see the parks I love so much, made to look like that. Though I am obsessed with steampunk, maybe it'll turn out great.
Will it be for the wii?

I hear you NicW. It is depressing to see WDW like that but I have a feeling it won't be as dark as those images show. This game is a Wii exclusive game.

Wow. That looks pretty awesome. Can't wait to play it. My all time favorite video game featuring Mickey at the moment is the Kingdom Hearts series. Can't get better than that!

Ok... i'm probably gonna be with the half of the world that will hate it... (Are those pictures what would happen to the parks if you let Paul Pressler do anything he wanted to disney for a day?)

I have a few questions here....
*Why in the WORLD would disney do something like this? It almost makes no sense. Turning happy disney characters against mickey? Mutilating Characters and Icons that are some of the most popular and loved in the world?

The game looks like it should be called Disney Apocalypto and be distributed by universal or something. Seriously... by the looks of this game, Disney has a loooooong way to go before it's anything like it used to be when walt was alive. (What would he think?)

Maybe i'm being a little harsh and it won't be too bad... but i am not understanding this...

I agree, Disney would have to be completely insane to put out a game like this. It goes against everything Walt stood for.

The art work is well done, but no, this game should not be made.
