I think it would be really cool, but I dont think it will become one .

I wouldn't want it turned into a film actually. It seems like too many good books are getting turned into movies that aren't very good and it usually has me look down on the book more. I love the series so far and would hate that to happen if they released movies.

Yeah I know what you mean. But, I didn't feel that way about Harry Potter.

I think it could be an awesome movie. It would probably have to be a long one to get the good parts in but it seems the American Public are geared now towards Epic movies. I think film makers have seen that the masses would sit through a GOOD 2.5 hour movie. A Kingdom Keepers movie will work with the right producer/director.

i think it would be great.. and i think disney could totally pull it off.. and think about it.. universals is building harry potter world.. some place were you can see the book series and movies come to life.. so... disney in turn has the chance to do it also but on a larger scale..their world was built already!!.. i think park sales would pick up. and think of the marketing that could be done..

I bought the first two books for my daughter, read them as well, and loved them. We are both looking forward to the next book and I know she would like to see a movie or attraction.

i dont know guys. i havent read the books but i read the synopsis of it and it seems a bit cheesy ya know? like it could work well in book form but probably not a movie.

i mean holograms that run around disney world at nighttime?

Eric- It dose sound like a cheesy concept but it's such a cool book and ultra addicting.

As for the movie itself Do you guys think it should be made as a live-action with CGI or all Cartoon (like a pixar-type-of movie).

Given that it was submitted twice, most recently over a year ago, indicates to me that Disney does not think it would either make a good movie, or it isn't the right time to make it.

The same page says that Pearson said on Twitter that there was a rumor of a KK attraction - assuming that any negotiations were taking place regarding an attraction, having one of the principals in the negotiation taking about it to the public isn't wise - it can often sink a deal.

I think that it shouldn't be made into the movie because disney has been doing a lot with movies lately.. I think they should, however, turn it into a like a "world" or "area" at disney world or disney land. Preferably 2 areas, one at the magic kingdom, the other at animal kingdom, so it fits with the themes. Then it would be cool if you could be like the Kingdom Keepers, and try to solve it yourself on like a scavenger hunt and have some cool prize at the end. But for thoes who read the book, they'd have to make it harder since you know where all the hiding places would be.. I should stop dreaming now shouldnt I?

If it was put into the parks, then maybe it should be a special tour.

they already have a tour called the "Disney family tour" which you to save Magic Kingdom theme park from the dastardly plans of a Disney Villain. So they could just change that tour's name and somethings in the tour, like maybe you would have to go to all 4 parks like the DHI's have to do.

Well that's odd, considering Disney is a movie studio...

I haven't personally read the books - read the beginning of the second as it was lying around - but DW has ready them and I know the basic plots...what I think could be the most interesting is not a specific attraction, but an overlay on the park, perhaps for a late-night upcharge even ala MNSSHP, that could involve guests all around the park somehow...
