| 2010 WDW Theme So anymore rumors about whether the Celebrate theme is going to continue into 2010, or if something new is coming? |

| E-Ticket Holder | Re: 2010 WDW Theme I haven't heard, but it would be nice if they went with a theme like The Year of A Million Dreams format, where a park guest can win something at any moment, even if it is something as small as a Dream Fastpass. I'm not saying Disney should give away a bunch of stuff, but it gave a cool feeling of anticipation that the Dream Squad could pop up at any moment to reward you with something that will make a lifetime memory.

| Re: 2010 WDW Theme I have not heard any rumors, but guess that it will stay the same or similar until the 40 year anniversary celebration. |

| Re: 2010 WDW Theme We booked with AAA yesterday & the CM who was taking our info asked our TA what we'd be celebrating. Sounds like the same theme as 2009. |

| Counting Down To My Next Trip! | Re: 2010 WDW Theme Last year they didn't announce the theme until September or October if I'm not mistaken! so we shall see but I am pretty sure it'll stay the same! because 2011 is the 40 yr anniversary! |

| Re: 2010 WDW Theme We just booked with our TA and she asked if we'd be celebrating anything too. I told her it would be our first brother and sister vacation, but nothing aside from that. |

| Re: 2010 WDW Theme With all the money Disney's spent to develop marketing and branding materials related to "What Will You Celebrate?", it's a good bet they will extend it an extra year or two.

| B-Ticket Holder | Re: 2010 WDW Theme Well I know for a fact it's WDW's 40th Anniversary and they will probably be doing something with that, my guess. But it would be awesome if they did keep What Will You Celebrate?

| Re: 2010 WDW Theme I think it would be cool if they had a new theme. Nothing too big, because 40's coming up. Maybe it's just boredom for me, but I like to see what they'll think of next. 55 Years of Disney Parks wouldn't be too great. Let's hold out for 60. |

| Re: 2010 WDW Theme I think - but am not certain - that the upcoming theme has some tie in with volunteering. You'll be able to 'earn' a free admission by volunteering for certain projects in your own community. Again, don't hold me to this and I'm not sure of any specifics. |

| Re: 2010 WDW Theme They didn't spend nearly as much as they did for YOAMD...refillable mugs are now completely generic, etc. Heck, that might be why they extended YOAMD..."Hey, what are we going to do with all these mugs?!?" The fact that they are still asking about celebrations I don't think is necessarily indicative of anything. You always could have put a note about it being a birthday, anniversary, etc. on a reservation. It didn't entitle you to anything, but occasionally you could find a little extra pixie dust being used. Not much different than now either, except that Disney is stressing the celebration theme. However, extending a year might be a good thing...people back in January probably missed out because they weren't aware, and/or the CMs weren't familiar with the options.
