The Great Movie Ride Rehab???

I haven't heard anything about GMR getting a refurb. I doubt it would go down anytime soon now, what with Star Tours closing in Sept

I'm fine with how it is now, but then again I like watching the movies from the GMR on TCM.

if only the finale was as it was supposed to be... now that would be worth a refurb...

The script is supposed to be like that (it's because people get the 2 confused all the time). So they are saying "no, it's not George of the Jungle. Actually, it's Tarzan".

Sigourney Weaver... the alien scene... it is sooo scary nowadays...


And the ending I am thinking of was where the wizard appears, and then all of the major AA's from the ride... the john wayne's, gene kelly, ingrid and humphrey, and such were supposed to line the walls (as AA's) and then take a final bow... They had also planned a small video montage... but what we have is what we have now i guess... the only updates we get now are updates on the ending montage...

I like it the way it is, the only rehab I would like on it is maybe general maintenance and AA enhancements.

Something needs to be done... no matter how busy DHS is... this ride never has a long line (not that i am complaining) but it shows the popularity has dissipated...
