I haven't heard anything yet, but I would love it if this were true! And maybe it is, who knows?

They can make a new version but they better not get rid of the music.
There was an older rumour about a Soarin' trip around America film, but I had not heard about a specific Florida trip.
someone at Disney should have thought about this years ago... like when it opened... does anybody else think it is as weird as i do... ending at Disneyland... while still in Disney World...?

this is true... but just like Lou says, "Disney has such attention to detail..." and they do... but i dunno it just seems cheap now... that they just reused the same video... Soarin' is supposed to show the essence of CA... WDW's version should show you the essence of... FL... just a thought... but your right the average joe doesnt realize that the castle there is not the same one they saw yesterday... oops...

The real name of the attraction is "Soarin' Over California" but the adopted name is just "Soarin'"
If anyone has been reading Kingdom Keepers you'll know that some of the characters were in Soarin' in the middle of the night and they were testing a "Soarin' Over New York" video. Maybe a little Disney foreshadowing? I don't know.

Which the average guest wouldn't know, either. To most people, it's a generic hang gliding ride. Soarin' over Florida wouldn't be as much fun, with the flat topography of the land. You'd hit a beach or two, get shot at by some rednecks over Deltona, see the tops of way too many trees over the Everglades, and then wind up at the Magic Kingdom. Ride done in forty seconds.
All true... i think Soarin' over the US would help and then end it between Epcot and then MK...

Soarin' over the US would be great! The line would definately be worth it because it could be a longer ride that the current version and have much more scenery. They could go all over the US and like JNota0005DakMC said, it could end in Disney World instead of Disneyland.
The ride would be like 20 minutes long if they did that! I wouldn't complain while riding it, but I'd sure complain while waiting for it.
