i agree... i mentioned that on another thread... a monsters inc coaster that is all about the scare floor, and the doors... but i think that would be a bit difficult to do... but im sure it can be done...

I LOVE Pixar and everything they've done with the Toy Story Mania area. However, with all the land they have, I'd personally like to see a them expand a little rather than remove something else to put in a Monster's Inc coaster. I think it is a great idea and it would draw a large following.

It will be interesting to see if anything comes of this rumor.

see the problem here is that backlot is in such bad shape... and is so outdated now that it is going to be hard to update it in a way that will bring the people back...

Agreed, the Backlot Tour has definitely seen better days...and I think in order for Disney to keep the crowds interested (not to mention keep up with its next door neighbor, Universal), they need to step up to the plate and keep technology and their themes for rides a little more current....Backlot Tour evokes a great feeling of nostalgia, but for those of us who didn't ride the original version, it leaves much to be desired...

that would be interesting...

DopeyDancer87... if uve never ridden the original... your right it becomes terrible... but its worse for us who have ridden the original... I remember the original water effects show... they used to have a room that had a blue screen and the mechanical bee from HISTK... and they would strap tourists to it and show us how they do blue screen work... Res. street... the works it was a great attraction... now its a shell...

I know, I remember it well...and I miss it terribly...but for those who are going for the first time, its a waste of precious time in the park...

im sorry when you said those of us who haven't ridden the ride i thought you meant yourself...

but your right... going on it now is like a waste of time for newbies... but for us old timers... its like a knife right through the heart...
