Online dining reservation or dining reservation through agent?

We used the online dining reservation during our summer vacation trip and really glad to hear that “improved the online dining reservation system for WDW Restaurants”.
Does anyone use the online dining reservation system or dining reservation through agent?

I called the WDW dining reserv. and spoke to a rep there. I think it worked better for us because she helped with suggestions of other restaurants if the ones we wanted were booked up. She was really great!

Not that there's anything wrong with the online service, I just went straight to them.

The online service is a huge improvement over what they had...calling in and fishing for anything. We love it!!!
