I doubt anything will be in there for a long while yet.
Hunchback's been out of there for a long time; i think they're just biding their time until the right project comes along, probably a similar situation with several structures at WDW, including Wonders of Life pavillion

How long has it been since you have been to the Studios?
They've built a completely new, enclosed theater called the Premiere Theater on that location. IMG_4918 on Flickr - Photo Sharing! This picture was taken in Sept., 2008.
The theater is used for special occasions and private functions. For instance, our NFFC Holiday Extravaganza group was entertained by Disney Design Group artist Alex Maher in Dec., 2009.

Wikipedia is not always accurate, and I don't believe Disney updates it "daily", if at all. Wikipedia generally does not allow the interested party direct say over the material, but they may have some level of input.
The correct thing to do would to bring it up on the associated Discussion page. I can do that to get the ball rolling.
When I was there earlier this July, the Premiere Theater sign said that it is closed and there will be a future attraction there. Those arnt exact words but it said something like that. When i saw that, at first i thought a new show was coming or something but I think they use that just so something is there when there isnt anything going on at the theater for star wars weekends. But who knows, a new show could be coming.

I've never heard of any plans for anything to go there permanently. It is used for a variety of events at DHS. SWW is one example.
