    Golden Oaks Detail?

    We drove by the entrance for Golden Oaks (the new Disney community that will be on park grounds) yesterday on a wdw bus and the
    driver said that he thought Disney put in the contract that the houses cannot be occupied year round. Now, people are paying over a million, I am not sure that some clause like that would be acceptable. Has anyone else heard anything like that?? Or was it pure speculation??

    if i spent that much i would stay there whenever i like.. but honestly people spending that much.. are only looking for a vacation home

    I really don't know what's going on at Golden Oaks but I think the whole project was a major mistake for Disney.
    It's kind of fun to do the impossible!
