Ursula's Big Face

So I was looking at pics from this weeks IAAPA Expo and I came across the company Garner Holt, who often works for Disney. Began to check out some of their stuff and came across what looks like a giant Ursula face. I know that this company is working on The Little Mermaid ride for California. Any chance this is a piece? It's on their website on the show action systems page.
