No one does fantasy like Disney. My hope is that they will put a ton of detail into the themeing of the area... really emphasizing the movies they're pulling into the area. I want to walk through the movies... and if they have some great rides... it's just bonus!
As for my guess on the Minecart ride... you know that Dino spin coaster over in AK? You know, the one in the kids area that most kids can't ride? Yeah that one... imagine that but with leaning instead of spinning... and indoors. That's my guess.
