Story Book Circus: Replacing Toontown or part of Fantasyland Forest?

I've heard a rumor that SBC will be the 7th land with Dumbo, Goofy, and more attractions to come, the billboard looks as if its a separate land

As far as I understand it, it's all a part of Fantasyland

it has to be part of fantasyland

yeh... word is toontown has been ****ed into fantasyland and storybook circus will be a part of the new fantasyland...
