I agree with the pp, that place is always packed and chaotic. There is a need for a bigger facility and a designated inside eating area.

And for those guests staying in the resorts at the Boardwalk entrance of Epcot, good news, Frances bakery will open at 9am instead of 11 am like the rest of the WS pavilions.

Now seeing the whole view, it will be efficient but does seem to lack ambiance.
Reminds me very much of Morrison s Cafeteria's concept that were throughout Florida during my childhood.
