I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THIS RUMOR IS STILL CIRCULATING IN THESE THREADS I HAVE TO AGREE WITH SERVERAL OF THE PRECEEDING PEOPLE IN THIS THREAD SE CANNOT SUPPORT A COASTER TYPE RIDE BECAUSE OF STRUCTURAL COMPLICATIONS, MORE THAN LIKELY IT WILL BE AN UPGRADE TO THE RIDE ITSELF.

Spaceship Earth is going through an intensive rehab at this time, and will NOT be a roller coaster. New touch screens are being added to the ride vehicles. Also, all the sceens will be enhanced with new coastumes, music, narrations, lighting effects, etc. All this begin done by November 2007.

The coaster was an old Jim Hill rumor. It was called Project GEMINI and would change all but Mission:Space and Soarin' in Future World and change into Discoveryland. As for changing, go talk about Space MOUNTAIN, they need some in the worse way.

I feel like this subject could be dropped now, now that since we know that there isn't going to be a coaster in SSE, especially because it's have a major face lift. Just my thought out there.
