Totally agreed. I've pretty much given up on pizza in WDW. I haven't found a decent one yet.

The pizza at Shades of Green is the worst of the worst!
I like the pizzas at Wolfgang Puck's though.

    GaRain,

Just get on I-95 and head north. Stop before you hit Brooklyn.

Soppressata is a salami made from cured-dry pork and flavored with and black peppercorns. Mama Mia. That and some fresh mozzarella!! Hoo-Ahh!!!

Sfogliatelle (SFOH-l' yah-TEH-leh) is a little bit o' Heaven on earth! It is a flaky layered puff shell filled with fresh ricotta cheese, baked semolina flour and citron.

In ref to the Pinocchio Village Haus changing over to Italian food, I have heard/read that just about everywhere.
In ref to 'pizza' at WDW, that is not pizza. Neither is Freschetta, Tombstone, or even Dominos.
In ref to spaghetti sauce, may I reccomend both Barilla and Newman's Own? Not bad, and Newman's own is all natural and since Paul Newman is really, really rich, he donates all profits from sale of his foodstuffs to charity.

Ahh, you had me until you said Ricotta. I used to tell people that I was part Italian. If you saw me, you would laugh at that - I am so Irish with the red hair, green eyes and freckles. Anyways, I could never be a true Italian as I just can't stand ricotta cheese!!!

Hmm, Brooklyn, never been there. I am sensing a road trip!
