A Disney ship to Alaska??? What could be better?
The one bit of information that did get the crowd talking was Rasulo's rather blunt proclamation that an announcement of a third Disney Cruise Line ship based on the West Coast would come "sooner rather than later."
Rasulo continued to explain that the new ship would offer summertime itineraries up to British Columbia and Alaska and wintertime itineraries down to the Mexican Riviera. He admitted that the third ship was something that will "cost a lot of money", but that the time had come for Disney to commit to expanding the cruises permanently to the West Coast. And that's yet another example of Anaheim's growing clout in Rasulo's empire.
Well my wife and I have been talking about taking an Alaskan Cruise for a while. I am so glad we waited!
I wouldn't start thinking about staterooms and dining times just yet. This will take LONG time after it is announced. So if you can hold on until 2010, then no problem
yikes.....that's a long time....well I guess in the meantime I just have to go on the Mediterranean one! lol

That will be cool now me and my wife don't have to fly so far to go on a disney cruise. Especially for a 5th year anniversary.
I would love to do this. Expecially if it went to Alaska but you got to do a couple day at Disneyland first.
It would be great if it took you to Alaska.
yeah i have to agree..a trip to alaska would be cool. This cruise sounds awesome!
He won't win the MVP or be voted into the Hall of Fame........then again, some heroes don't play games.
Is there anyone who can confirm this rumor by chance. Cause I would like to go do that when it starts.
