    Epcot wand coming down?

    While on another WDW website I found out that Mickey's magic wand might be comming off Spaceship Earth.I'm kind of happy about it,but it did give Epcot a more Disney magical look.I liked your opinion so please reply.

    I prefer no wand, it doesn't really fit with the original Epcot concept. I know they are trying to bring more characters into Epcot, but the original Spaceship Earth was always such a clean awesome site to walk into the park and see.

    I could do with or without, I like the want because it does add that magic feel to epcot. But I also wouldnt mind seeing it come down because the sphere was meant to be a symmetrical symbol (even though it is imperfect). It just seems to fit the theme of technology and innovation without the wand, anyone else agree?

    I always thought the "2000" was temporary. Then it got changed to "Epcot" and hasn't left yet...

    I prefer SSE au natural.

    You know, the Epcot with the wand on SSE doesn't bother me. It's pretty sometimes and I think Disney'll leave it up. But we'll see!

    I love the wand as well. I think it gives Spaceship Earth a little bit of that extra "magic" touch. If it goes, I will be sad, but it's totally up to them.

    I honestly think that SE will look kind of empty/plain without the wand. I love it both ways, it will just seem a bit akward without it, since it has been up for so many years.

    Of course the wand is going to come down. How else can they decorate Spaceship Earth to look like a giant pink cupcake? The wand will be replaced with a 25 candle... How special....
