Ive heard its going to become a character meal menu

I hope its not true - i love the chicken & garlic mash. I like the fact its a bit different & it would be a shame to turn it into another character buffet resturant.

I think that the AK is in desperate need of another sit down restaurant, but I love the Tusker House and the menu and would hate to see it changed as well.

I believe this is true. An internal memo was sent around that there would be some sort of construction to make it a character meal. No word on the characters that will be present.

Any word on when this may happen? I've never eaten there, but I was hoping to try it in December. I wanted something besides McDonalds.

We finally ate there in July and it was great! Now if they keep the food the same and go to character meals, I guess I'd have to live with it. And it is true that they do deperately need another character meal there.

We couldn't get breakfast reservations at Breakfastasarus in April so we had to settle for the Rainforest Cafe. Let me tell you, we thought the food was awful and we usually like their food. I guess there is a reason that the only Rainforest that serves breakfast is at AK.

If you think about it, MK and Epcot has 2 places that have character meals, MGM only has one along with AK. MGM just got their character dining (Hollywood&Vine).... AK's getting a second meal is logical. MGM I am sure would then get their 2nd...

I like the Tusker House menu,but I'd rather eat at the Flaming Treehouse or Pizzafari.I actually think having a character buffet would be a good change for the Tusker House.It would draw more families to eat there.

The Tusker House is one of my favorite resturants I don't want to see it change.

Last October, We stumbled on the Tusker House and boy were We happy. We loved the food and were very comfortable. I can never get enough character meals though, so I agree that keeping the menu and adding some of our friends would not really be such a bad thing.

We love tusker House too and hope it can be left as it is!!

With AK getting busier, they could do with building a completely new restaurant which could be character themed.

I wonder if ther is any space down Camp Minnie-Mickey - That would be an ideal place to put a place to eat.

I believe that they are actually building a new sit down restaurant back in the Asia section of the park....but I don't believe it is going to be for a character meal.

Even more than i love tusker house i love the bar outside it (cant remember what its called) & realy hope that dosnt also get shut down.

I think AK should have more asian & african food to fit in with the theming, a curry or tandori house would be nice.

I think if they keep the menu the same it would be a good idea. As much as i like to sit down for a few minutes, i cant sit that long because im to excited!! thats why pizzafari is my favorite!
