Attached to this message are two Run/Walk Training Schedules for May for the 2012 Disneyland Half Marathon. They are...
1) "Just Finish" - Should be used by people who have not completed a Half Marathon before, or with less than 6 months experience2) "Experienced Runners" - Should be used by runners who have completed at least one Half (or Full) Marathon
If you have any questions (like how to calculate your "Race Pace" & "Long Run Pace" after completing a "Magic Mile"), please feel free to post here, or send me an e-mail to the address in my signature.
Have fun out there, and stay "under control"...you are preparing for "Half Marathon Day" right now; not trying to run like you are doing one every time out.
