Is there a so-called "soft opening" of Flower & Garden?

Can you see the topiaries and displays in the days before the festival opens, or are they kept under wraps?

As luck has it, I will be in Epcot March 17, the day before the festival opens. I would really love to see some of the planned topiary displays this year, which sound far more exciting than in previous years.

Any thoughts?
