    Lou,

Just a note on the Podcast itself. When the manager talks about the '4 boroughs of the UK' (Which is wrong in itself, they are countries) you show a map with Ireland as one of the 'boroughs'. The Republic of Ireland isn't actually part of the UK, only Northern Ireland is (hence the name the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland).

Sorry to be a bit pedantic, but want to be correct!

    Great show buy the way!

    Chris

Just popped in here as I'm behind watching the video - and only really wanted to comment on what Chris already commented on about the 4 countries in the UK (though technically Wales is a Principality not a Country... technically...)
A little disappointing to see a manager, surrounded by Cast Members from the UK, adrift on the facts.

Also, he translates the motto of the Rose & Crown as "Service with Dignity". My understanding was it translates as "Leisure with Dignity".

Still, pleased to see you enjoying the food Lou - great video as always.
