I would definataly listen if it has. If not, would be great to be done.
. . . Coming this fall from Jerry Bruckheimer!
Not really.
But I woke up thinking about it. Weird, I know. I've buzzed through the archives so I apologize if I missed it, but has this been done yet?
I would love a DSI on ol' Brer Rabbit's ride. All that rich detail. Truth is part of me thinks it might be too much. It could take two episodes to get it all.
Just wanted to see if one had been done and if not, throw it in the suggestion bin.

If Jerry Bruckheimer were to remake Song of the South, it would make Walt Disney's version look like a family film (wait a minute...). Seriously, Uncle Walt's take on Uncle Remus has always been a favorite of mine; I, too, would like to see an in-depth look at how much of the movie is referenced in subtle ways (such as the shadow of the toad in the queue telling Uncle Remus' stories). I don't suppose there is a tar baby hiding somewhere in the attraction that I've overlooked?!
Uncle Remus, you tells de bes tales in de whole United States o' Georgia!

I just recently purchased an unedited bootleg copy of "Song of the South" from a certain website. The quality is quite good (for a bootleg copy) and I enjoy the movie very much.
I can't really comment on what Bruckheimer would do to it seing as how I go out of my way to avoid his movies.
If we can dream it, we can do it
Splash is my favorite attraction at WDW. I would love a DSI done on this ride because there are still some things I don't know about it that I would like to know.
That is such a great ride!!! Song of the South was such a great and classic movie, I don't know if I would want it remade. Although, I do know Jerry Bruckheimer would do a good job, it wouldn't be the same. I guess as kids, and me still being one even though I'm 14, I think we all dream of it as a real story. That is how Disney is to all of us. It's a dream land that is real. Yet, if a movie was made, I don't know if it would come close to what I dream as the Splash Mountain. I dream of Splash Mountain as the ride, but its so much more. Its a child world. I mean, I can go to the laughhin place when I want and its how I think of the laughing place (yes, its somewhat like the playground, but more). I guess what I'm trying to say is, I may be disappointed if it were a new movie because he may invision Splash Mountain and that whole atmosphere differently. I may be a little disappointed. It's a great ride and that is how it should stay.![]()
I would love to see a DSI on Splash Mountain. DSI is my favorite segment of the show.
That would be great! A DSI on SPLASH MT. Get to work!
You may need a research Trip thou![]()
