podcast audio intro from 8 August 2010 episode

I just emailed Lou about this, but I know he's probably swamped with emails, so I thought someone on here might know the answer. On the 8 August 2010 episode, during the audio intro at the very beginning of the show, there's a clip sandwiched in between some stuff from Dinosaur! and some of the seance script from Haunted Mansion. It sounds like parade or show music, but I can't place it. Does anyone know?
