This is going to sound like sort of a lazy answer but honestly, the first year of the show is packed with Epcot content. I would say for the most Epcot packed episodes to look between episode 29 and 35 but seriously that whole year -with it being Epcot's 25th- is just bursting with wonderful information about the park.
