Walt Disney World Marathon - The Experience, Training Help, Tips and more
Hello and welcome to The WDW Radio Show - Your Walt Disney World Information Station. I am your host, Lou Mongello, and this is show #252 for the week of December 11, 2011.
Returning this January, Marathon Weekend in Walt Disney World has become more than an endurance event, and instead is a weekend full of races and activities for every age and ability. Fun, memorable and maybe even a bit magical, they afford an opportunity to experience the parks in a very unique way. This week, we'll look at getting ready for the events whether it's your first race or you're en experienced veteran. We'll discuss training, equipment, getting over the fear of participating, myths, tips and much more. If you're running in any future event, thinking about it, or just want to learn more about that it entails by hearing from a panel of people from every level, there's something here for you.
I'll have a few announcements, and then play more of your voicemails at the end of the show. So sit back, relax, and enjoy this week's episode of the WDW Radio Show
