I had been hoping that the no news on Avatarland was good news. I was disappointed to learn that's not the case.

I'm not really bothered by Marvel characters showing up in he parks. Disney paid enough for the property, they should get all the use the can out of it especially considering they won' be able to bring in attractions for a long time to come, if ever.
I was listening to the Mouse Lounge and they seemed almost childish in their opposition to the idea, full of "ikk"s and even as far as to make fake gagging noises. All they could talk about was how stupid it would be to see "Spiderman swinging through Main Street" or walking through Fantasy Land. I don't thing Disney would be naive enough to just shoehorn the Marvel characters into places they don't belong.
I would expect to see a lot of them in the studios in the future, that's obviously where they would have the best fit and the idea of the potential they could bring to that park makes me excited for what otherwise is by far my least favorite park.
