    The Liberty Tree Plaque

    Hi all, Looking for some help, does anyone know what the plaque in front of the actual Liberty Tree in Liberty Square says?

    Curse that Dutch Elm disease and blight!!! Get the Liberty Tree to a Tree Surgeon!!
