Finding Figment

OK, I have been to WDW many, many times and every time we are at Epcot we fail to see the Figment character. I know a lot of you think Figment is lame, but my daughter LOVES him (give her a break she's only 7). Is it even possible to see this character anymore? We have went to the Figment room so many times, but he is never there. Then she gets very disappointed and every 5 minutes she asks if we can go back to see if Figment is home. As you can imagine this really starts to get on my nerves very quickly. The last time we were there a cast member said he was on vacation for a long time, so does this mean he is not going to be at Epcot anymore? Or is there any tricks or special times to look for Figment? We are going to be at Epcot next week, so I am hoping for a miracle. Thanks for any help.

He was there in June when we were there. My suggestion would be to ask any CM with telephone access to please call the character hotline and find out when and where you can visit Figment. You can do this for any character that you are hoping to find!

At the exit of HISTA is where I often see him. Not in front of the pavilion, but up by the dancing fountain. Ask a CM up there when they expect him, and they'll tell you. Here's there often

I saw him last week, so he definitely still there! I do not know about times though.

What is the character hotline? I’ve never heard of it. So you just ask a CM and they can find out where a character is? Does this work in all parks and for any character? Can anyone call or just CM's?

Just CM's. It works for any park. Usually I just walk into a shop and ask someone behind the register. For example, I was at MK and looking fo Piglet. I went into a store in Adventureland and asked the CM behind the counter. She called on the phone and found out that Piglet was over in AK. It's as easy as that!
