Well now it will. I think the Dream Fastpasses should continue on after the end of the Year of a Million Dreams.

I checked Disney's rules on the Disney World website. They still have January 14, 2008 as the last date for mail-in entries. They could be slow to update that, so I guess we'll have to wait and see.
