This ride is one of the better thrill rides at WDW. It could have used more than just being pushed back into your seat and playing with fake buttons though.

Hate it! I don't usually get sick on them, but I don't really like thrill rides, however a friend persuaded me to ride it in 2004. We had never done it before, and never will again! We were OK on the ride but were both very dizzy and sick feeling for three or four hours after it. Not a really comfortable ride.

The lines are never really long for it...I remember reading on another websitea while back that it wasn't extremely popular. I'd take Horizons ANYDAY!!

Amen to that GCD01 . . . I'll take Horizons anyday as well. It's not that I'm old-fashioned (I'm only 27!) it's just that I kind feel that Mission SPACE is a really expensive cheap thrill. It lacks some of the details and magic that could have made it really special. The pavillion outside is beautiful though, for whatever that's worth!

I thought it was a great ride! I'm an adrenaline junkie though.

Oh come on Fanatic, the vomiting and dizziness only lasts for a short while.

Mission: SPACE is by far my favorite ride anywhere on property, without question! For those who may have felt a little "off" after riding it, next time make sure you are well hydrated and cooled off from the Florida heat before you ride, as this plays a huge part in how you're body is going to react to the attraction.

And to calm those who think it might close due to low attendance: Mission: SPACE is not suffering from low attendance, or at least not as low as it may appear on any given day. The rider capacity of the attraction keeps the lines relatively short and quick. Much like Spaceship Earth never appears to be busy, when in fact is pulling in around 12,000 to 15,000 riders on an average day in the park. MS is easily outperforming many other attractions on property.
