    - The Kiss Goodnight (I have never actually seen it in person, but the video gives me goosebumps)
    - Any of the Park openings
    - When the monorail arrives at the TTC, the announcer says ''If this concludes your vist to the Walt Disney World Resort...". That makes me choke up everytime (especially if it is the end of my trip)

Great moments from everyone.... just a couple for me to add:

The Finding Nemo show at AK (hey, I've got a 14 year old and life is "interesting" right now so this show always chokes me up)

Shouting "Welcome to Disney" with my family as we drive onto property and saying "See Ya Real Soon" as we leave

The "poof" sound as the torches get blown out after the narrator starts Illuminations

    Oh... I forgot one:

Whispering "I'm home" every time I see SE. And hearing my kids say/shout "I'm home" when they see Everest (youngest) and ToT (eldest)

For me the ENDING of Wishes (especially when you are watching from Main Street). I don't care how tough you are, the sight of Cinderella's Castle with the fireworks around it as When You Wish Upon A Star plays could bring anyone close to tears. THE QUINTESSENTIAL DISNEY WORLD MOMENT.
Last time I rode STAR TOURS, I thought to myself, "If a droid is a pain in the......behind, does that make it a hemdroid?"

I totally agree with the others, especially that moment before a parade or fireworks show when the lights go out. Here's 10 new ones.

    10) Stepping into the first ride vehicle of my trip
    9) When the giant plane takes the stage at Indiana Jones
    8) Spotting a character I've never seen walking around before
    7) Hearing the screams coming from Tower of Terror
    6) The curtain lifts to reveal all of the Presidents
    5) Bursting through the wall at Test Track
    4) When my pager starts buzzing at Beaches & Cream
    3) Entering the lobby of Wilderness Lodge or Animal Kingdom Lodge
    2) That moment on Splash Mountain just before the big drop
    1) The alarm clock buzzing on the first morning. (The easiest early wake up of the trip)

Getting on DME at MCO, as soon as they put on the video.
    Wishes
    Illuminations
Seeing the castle come into view just as you hit Main St. USA.
    Fantasmic
Walking into the "World of DIsney" with plenty of spending money.
    Having breakfast in the castle.
Seeing my daughter with a big smile on her face while taking a picture with a character.
And seeing her hold hands with her big brother who's taking her to see a character.
    The first notes of Spectromagic.

It's basically a closing ceremony of the Magic Kingdom. It usually happens about an hour after the park has closed.

    Here's a video of it:
