WDW Theme Parks Discuss MNSSHP attendance in the Vacation Planning forums; This is our first year going to this. How is the attendance compared to a normal day? Does anyone know how many tickets are sold for each night?...

I don't think they release that information about how many tickets they sell. As far as the crowds it all depends on when your going, I believe the closer you get to Halloween the more crowded it will be and also there is a difference between weekday and weekend. From what I hear it can get really crowded.
It's kind of fun to do the impossible!

The times I went (early on in the month), they were a lot LESS crowded than an average day at MK, the rides were practically walk ons, the crowds weren't as bad, and it's dark out so it was nice and cool out

We have attended MNSSHP only once, in 2006. (though we are going back this year!) We found the crowds to be less than during the day, little to no wait getting into rides and attractions. Great parade and fireworks too, don't miss the Headless Horseman starting the parade!
