It's only been in the last 6 months that we've discovered that the American Adventure has some nifty displays. We caught the American Indian display because dd told us about it. Today we saw the Amercian Heritage display. It's not often you can see George Washington's chair or a billard cue once owned by Mark Twain unless you travel to a museum where either American called home. My question is....does Disney list a schedule somewhere of what is being displayed in the American Adventure or is it catch as catch can? I did a search on their web site, but came up empty.
Wow, Mini-V that is great information, and something I never noticed. Maybe there will be an answer as to where or if there is a schedule, so folks can schedule time for the things of interest.
P.U.S.H.-A mantra MOST will not understand.
Disney rocks, Walt was a genius.
I didn't even know it displayed things like this, I'm sure somewhere there must be some kind of notification but sorry I don't know where. But thanks for the info, next time I will check it out
I am not sure if you mean the display area to the right when you go in? I remember seeing an African art display last December. I could be remembering wrong, I am not sure if it always showcases American items or if sometimes they have multi-cultural displays?
They change the displays every 8 months or so. I've only seen them announced whenever one is closing and they are putting a new one in! I normally see 2-3 different displays a year though, sometimes more! However, i'll keep a look out if I find anything!

Wishes can come true, if you believe in them with all your heart.
And the best part is, you'll never run out of wishes.
They're shining deep down inside of you.
'Cause that my friends is where the magic lives
And they seem to change the displays at the Hall of Presidents but those are such smaller displays. However, that will be closing soon for a rehab. Personally, I hope they change some of those chairs. Many are lumpy.
That's the area to which I am referring. I have no idea what criteria is used for deciding what themes to display since I've only seen two. Since it is the American pavilion, it would make sense that most displays would have something to do with America.
