According to three other sites, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. I have no idea how accurate that is, but one site was allears.
Before I get too close to the date I want to be absolutely sure...
Does anyone know what the official word is on when you can cancel a reserved tour and still get your money back? There is a small possibility that we may have to cancel our Keys tour booked for January 26th and I want to be sure that I make the official call before I'll lose the money.
