I really would not choose any of those either, I'd look at Alladin's Magic Carpet. But, since you wanted a choice from one of those listed, then I'll pick SM.

Either Splash or Big Thunder. The other 3 are iconic rides that have been around since WDW's earliest years or transferred from the originals at Disneyland (2 of them anyway).

If I had to close one attraction, it would be Splash Moutain, simply because I hate to get wet. In reality, I would never close any attraction, I would just keep expanding the parks, especially adding attractions to Animal Kingdom. RIP Mr. Toad.
