Epcot food and wine

My husband and I are thinking of booking a trip in Oct to go to the food and wine event at Epcot. Has anyone ever gone? What did you think?

We do it every year. It's fun walking around World Showcase eating and drinking at the various booths.

The Food & Wine festival has become my favorite event at Walt Disney World!!

There are wine tastings and events - but the most fun is just walking around World Showcase tasting all the amazing food!! We usually take 2 days to try everything!!

My best tip is to go to the Food & Wine Festival during the week. The free seminars are much easier to get into, and the food booths are not crowded.

The weekends can be a bit crazy, with a lot of locals coming in to drink. We have seen some wild and crazy behavior in Epcot on Saturday nights - so we now schedule our Food & Wine time for during the week.

Come on down to the Festival -- I promise you will love it!

F&W is awsome! I did it back in 2006, and loved it. And I am looking forward to doing it again this fall.

This is not to be missed! I did it the first time in 2007 and can hardly wait to go back this year. With all the different foods to taste, it takes at least 2 days. I did not need to make any dining reservations as the food booths filled me up quite nicely.
