haha, you know? That would DEFINITELY be a lot of fun! But, i think Disney would gear more towards an attraction versus an entire park with that sort of idea
I was watching Wipeout on ABC the other day and I thought it would be fun to try out a course like that. Then the thought occurred to me that Disney could either make an attraction out of it or even dedicate an entire waterpark making it the first interactive water/obstacle course theme park. I know it would probably never happen because of the liability of having guests get hurt, but it was a fun daydream none the less.![]()

That would be a lot of fun, like you said the only "obstacle" in the way would be the liability i suppose. But i think people would love it
Liability is not that big of an issue with attractions of that nature. There is a legal term called "assumption of the risk". With attractions that naturely and obviously contain an element of risk of injury, then it is harder for a person to successfully sue for injuries. The participant assumes the risk of injury by the very nature of the activity. This applies to skating, paintball, attending sporting events (flying balls & bats etc.) and would certainly apply to a park or attraction based on Wipeout.

I'd definatly go to a Wipeout attraction, I wanna try my hand at the course! Disney could always put a disclaimer similar to the kind they have at the American Idol Experiance.

If you can dream it, you can do it!
it'd be just like getting on any ride that has the warnings out in front. the "you must be this tall to ride, do not ride if you're an expectant mother, have heart troubles, any recent injuries etc etc" wouldn't it?
Well if they could iron out the details, I know that I for one would love to give the course a try.
