Family Magic Tours

has anyone got any recent experience with this? ive seen reviews that are like 3 years old and i checked allears but non of the reviews went into great details. the one form 3 years ago states how at then end they all spend some extra time with Peter Pan and Wendy and go on Mickeys Philharmagic i wonder if that's still true.

Re: Family Magic Tours

We just come back from there (Family Magic) and had a terrific time! Very enthusiastic and made it lots of fun! We got a discount with Annual Pass. We truly spent here great time and enjoyed it for the most part and got some beautiful pictures of Peter Pan's hand walking around the park.

Best Regards,

Re: Family Magic Tours

We did the tour in December and we loved it. My kids 12, 10, and 8 had so much fun and so did my wife and I. You have to be willing to let loose and have some fun!

Re: Family Magic Tours

I'm planning a trip to the World in August. I was planning to do the Keys to the Kingdom tour. I'm assuming that Family Magic would be better for our 8 year old?

Re: Family Magic Tours

I would think the Family Magic Tour would be better for an 8 year old. The Keys to the Kingdom is a lot of walking and while it is interesting, I could see a younger child getting bored.

Re: Family Magic Tours

I just read a review of the tour and it sounds really fun! Does this tour happen to go in the Utilidors? Because that's the real reason I want to take the Keys to the Kingdom...

Re: Family Magic Tours

We didn't spend a lot of time in the Ultilidors. Didn't see too much down there but they did show us a video of some of the construction history. We did get to go backstage by Frontierland and see some of the SpectroMagic floats. I loved the tour but if I took my boys (ages 7 and 8) I would do the Family Magic Tour. Geared more for then. Still see a lot and learn a lot but in a fun way. The Keys to the Kingdom is a LOT of walking, then standing. We were going to get on Haunted Mansion and it broke down. They gave us a free fastpass for anything in the park for that day. Lunch was at Columbia Harbor House.

Re: Family Magic Tours

Some day I want to do the Family Magic Tour! The tours are very good.

Probably not helping you with your decision though.

Cool Re: Family Magic Tours

I thought it was very cool, but also it was very juvinial. We had to stay behind the tour guide the whole time, and she moved very slow because we had some little ones with us.
