Yeah, I found this really confusing my first time attending an Evening Magic Hour there. But, as listed, to make it less confusing, places from both places stay open. I find it even more confusing come 7pm when Future World is spost to close and World Showcase stays open till 9pm. Sometimes FW rides will remain open

I answered this yesterday in the Experts forum...
World Showcase is never open for morning EMH. WS generally opens at 11am every day.
FutureWorld will open one hour early for morning EMH. Not necessarily all attractions will be open, but all the popular ones should be.
Even though FutureWorld technically "closes" around 7pm most nights, the major attractions stay open anyways until park close. That also applies to EMH evenings, which tack an extra three hours on. Same thing though - not all attractions will necessarily stay open for EMH, but all the popular ones should.

I know this is last minute, but my birthday is tomorrow and my girlfriend and I were planning on going to Epcot after we get out of work so I can get my Birthday Fun Card. We won't get there until close to 6 and we saw that there are EMH for Epcot tomorrow evening. Although we aren't staying on site, we were hoping to stay in the park longer and just enjoy some drinks, food and atmosphere, no rides.Do you think we'll encounter any problems by doing this?

I find the morning EMH to be the most useful. I ride Soarin', over to Test Track, Mission Space, then Nemo (though I skip that one most of the time) and then get out of the park and head over to Magic Kingdom for breakfast, all in less than an hour and a half. I'll return later in the evening to see IllumiNations, and that's when I'll walk right on to Spaceship Earth. Hasn't let me down yet.
EpcotBoy - I don't think if this is too late for you to get, and I'm not an expert or anything, but from what I heard I think you can stay in the park to eat/shop, but you just can't ride any rides. You can always ask the cast members at the gate to be sure.
Next Trip: January 2012
All-Star Sports for Marathon Weekend2010 - Saratoga Springs2009 - Pop Century2004 - All-Star Music2004 - Disney Cruise Line, Magic2001 - All-Star Music1998 - Disneyland1990 - Carribean Resort
I haven't stayed offsite in years, but from what I've heard they have been getting more and more strict about herding people towards the exit, but that may be during hard-ticket parties, etc. more so than EMH.
