I rode it the week before Christmas and is pitch black in Space Mountain protion. There was no music at all. I do miss old narration but they have to do something with Mountain portion. It is just nothing but darkness. Other than that it is ok. No wow.

I cant say that i hate the new TTA but its not as good as the old one.

I don't like the New People Mover. I don't like the voice. The other one was ok, but this one just gets annoying to me. It's not the same and NICKEY MOUSE is right. There is no music. The music was nice...it was soothing. I don't like the new one.

i dont like the refurb at all! I got really scared during the Buzz part when he radios in(i know its not scary but the noise is loud and it makes me jump!

) I miss the space mountain music and all the previous narration.

The new TTA is lousy. It's sad Disney has stopped trying to top itself and settles for lazy, uncreative rehabs more often than not.

I haven't ridden it yet but I have watched a ride-through video and I have to say, I actually like it. Why? Because it reminds me of the original PeopleMover attraction. Yes I miss the old TTA audio etc. but this one brings back memories of the original for me. I'm looking forward to experiencing it first hand next month.

LOL, yes..there is alot of folks that cant get through a day in their life without complaing about anything and everything
They are 110% irrelevant and boring, not only to me, but most of society..thankfully. I mean really, do we have ANY thing legit to complain about? I say no. Life is good.
They "new" version isnt new at all. It is retro (ish) if one truly knows their WDW history.
And, its a good refurb.

I am not a huge fan of the narration...however, I would have to say that I never really listened much to the narration either. I love to ride the ride just to be able to sit down and get a low key observation of my surroundings. I love to take pictures on that ride and take pictures of the castle and anything around me that I feel is picture worthy. I will always like that ride and not because of the narration.

No, not at all. I love the old narration and have been very disappointed with the new narration. What the heck were the imagineers thinking when they changed it. I really miss "paging Mr. Morrow, Mr. Tom Morrow."
