Never really had a reason to do so, but we seem to always turn left and head towards Mexico.

We feel the same way! I told hubby that we definitely had to start with Canada first this time since we never spend any time looking around since we are worn out by the time we get there each trip

We're "clockwise" at Epcot WS - start at Mexico.
We're counter-clockwise at the MK - I dont' know why, but we always seem to start in Tomorrowland.
DHS and AK are random. We love both parks, but never seem to have a specific pattern to follow.

We're 'righties' for the most part, but have been know to go left on the odd occasion - depends which attraction we're finishing off at in Future World.

It just feels natural to head towards Mexico, riding Gran Fiesta is a great way to start off the Showcase tour.

That's how I feel... But also I think many ppl head to WS father riding Soarin' and thus hang a quick right from JiI to Canada...

Right towards Canada. The operative word here being "towards". I have never once stopped anywhere within the pavilion. Then again, I usually just walk the loop and don't stop anywhere unless I feel like jumping on a ride. And by ride I don't mean any of those awful movies. I mean the rides.
