Can you buy water proof cameras in the waterparks? Ideally ones you can strap to your wrist so it's secure and not in the way.

Olympus WaterProof Camera.
My DD who works at a WaterPark has been seeing these camaras around for a while now. It is a water proof, underwater camera.
While not perfect nor a professional camera, a lot of fun for friends and family. Saw today at Costco. Depending on location $100.00 - $150.00
