Well, the first things I thought of were watching IllumiNations and getting to ride Big Thunder at night. I guess if those were the first things I thought of, they'd probably have to rank pretty high on my favorite moments.![]()
I know I have alot of favorite moments in Disney, but my favorite would have to be MVMCP. It was awesome! I rode splash mt 3 times in a row! The cookies were delicious and the hot coco was to DIE for! Another was the lights at MGM. I think, if I ever went to Disneyland World of Color would be my favorite! Tell me what is your favorite moment, and what could be your favorite Disney moment!
have a magical day!

Watching the train arrive in the morning at Magic Kingdom.
My favorite park moment,is actually not just one in particular. What are you saying, you ask?In my opinion,a favorite park moment, can happen anytime and at any place while on vacation at WDW.It's when those little precious incidents happen, that grabs you heart when you are together with your family, building up memories that will last a lifetime. It's those "little things" that happen, when you and your family are in the right place at the right time, and something tugs at your heart and it may even jerk out some tears or give that big ole lump in the throat, because for YOU,that is one of your special moments that makes WDW so special and memory-making and brings tear-filled eyes, and that little child inside all of us has just been re-visited again. Those,my Disney brothers and sisters, are all of our favorite moments.
Park Hopper Dad!
Thanks firemedic for the kind words.I have always found it hard to say this is my fav,or that is my fav.I just know that each trip in its' entirety is a favorite moment for us.Sometimes, the little "ou of the way" things are what stands out the most,if we all will just be sensitive and aware of our surroundings.
Park Hopper Dad!
One of my "lump in the throat" moments was when I rode Soarin for the first time back in 2006. My father died of cancer back in 1995 and he, himself was a Disney fanatic. While I was riding, I felt that this ride had been one of the best things in many years dreamed up by Disney engineers. With in one minute, I looked over at my wife and said, "my father would of loved this." That memory stands out more than any.

Alexis Thompson, 6lbs, 3ozs of pure joy!
The moment I read the title of this thread, two "Park" moments, immediately, came to mind...
The first was when we were waiting for rope drop at MK on the morning of our oldest DD's 16th b-day on July 12th, '07.
We were at the front of the right-hand tunnel with about 200-ish people behind us. An elderly CM noticed DD's b-day button and some other attention-grabbing b-day stuff she was wearin', and then got up on a column pedestal, or somethin, and lead the entire crowd in "Happy Birthday To You!"
Very awesome, it was!!!![]()
The other happened, on the same trip, when we won a YOAMD prize for a dance and ride party in Epcot's Future World after regular park hours one night...
Again, awesome!!! but that first one up there has to be my all-time favorite, so far![]()

That is an awesome thing to say about your dad. That's what I'm talking about. You never know what will become one of those special moments at WDW.Keep that memory alive, and special in your heart, and it will always bring a smile on your face when you think about your dad.
Park Hopper Dad!
My most recent trip had a moment that was the most special to me. It was me, my wife, and my daughters. Our first attraction as a complete family was The Carousel Of Progress (my favorite attraction). My five year old was singing There's A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow and my one year old clapping and laughing. I'm man enough to admit I shed a tear.![]()
Walking into Wilderness Lodge and seeing the holiday decorations for the first time that year. For the parks, I guess it would have to be walking up to the park and seeing the holiday decorations outside.
I have two favoriates:
The First Time I saw MK
and the First Time I brought My now husband to The World.
Nothing beats the look on a person's face the first time the see it!!!
I will rememeber that till the day I leave this planet![]()
