Bumped now that we have so many new faces on the boards.
Maybe some of you guys will be able to help me?
Rather than dredge up something that has been answered, I did a quick search around the forums and couldn't find any mention about this, so here goes.
Does anyone else remember the souvenir photos you used to be able to get taken at Pirates of the Caribbean? This is two decades ago now, not the Pirates League, although I imagine that uses the same space. I seem to recall it being done in close proximity to the gift shop.
You had a small choice of (Treasure Island-style, not realistic) pirate clothing as costume and you dressed up for the camera. The finished photo had some of the characters dressed like pirates super-imposed on top. Donald was definitely there, I think Goofy too, but I'm not sure about others. It came in a plastic, transparent frame that was free-standing. I've got one in the depths of a cupboard somewhere.
Anyway, was just curious. Anyone else remember these? And does anyone know when WDW stopped offering them?
