You must have caught a bad show Rick. We saw LMA in Oct and the whole show was there.
I wonder if the driver that did the jumping stunts wasn't there that day?
Hi Folks,
In 2007 and 2008 we saw the stunt show (Lights, Action, Motors) I think is it title. The show both of those years was the same show. But this month the show was MUCH shorter with a lot of the stunts taken out. Now it could of just been a bad day. I really don't know
Things that I notice were missing:
1 - Car jump onto and through a truck
2 - Car coming through center stage with the big explosion and car in air going between the seating area
Also they brought out some props but they didn't use them so it made it look odd. Vegetable stands, etc
Anybody else notice this?
Thanks
Rick R.

I find the Indy show to be much better than LMA. Its faster paced and a lot more interesting

Yea i agree Indy show is much better, and although ive seen them both so many times I'm always happy to watch the Indy show but likely to give LMA a miss unless we really have the urge.
With these types of shows if something goes wrong with the equipment then it is difficult to change things about in that time frame so its easier to cut things out.
I saw the Indy show in september and the engineer didnt get eaten up by the propeller and there seemed to be a timing issue with the final explosion and fire, so Indy just ran across the line of fire (which had gone out), looked at the plane, and 30 seconds later over the tannoy came "CUT" and that was the end of the show
oh well it does happen sometimes
It must have just been an off day and agree with enjoying Indy more. Have seen both the Indy "dry" show and "rain" show. While the good weather show is definitely better, both are good.
maybe they were worried about weather... i know they have more than one crew for the driving so im sure they have a driver for the car at all times... it could have been a weather issue... did it rain before or just after the show...?

Could have been any reason mentioned above. I've seen the show 4 times, in 4 different trips in the past 5 years and saw the exact same show each time.
