CMs driving to and from WDW?
I asked these questions on another site a couple years ago, but I never got definitive answers:
With 55,000+ employees coming and going to WDW on any given day, are there special access roads for CMs and/or do they arrive at WDW at different times for each shift? If so, on either event, how do they avoid traffic jams? Also, is there a special sticker/transponder/pass the CMs have to get into the lots?
Anyone know for sure?

The Cm who gave us our tour at MK told us she had to park in a special lot and get bussed into Mk, the same for our guide at EPCOT. There are spots to park at in each of the areas, but they are limited to specific people ( they had signs with their names on them at the spots)
does that answer it?
Are you thinkin of sneakin in?

Opening CMs tend to arrive before the parks open, and closing CMs tend to arrive after they close. Shifts are somewhat staggered, but there are still noticeable busy times for CMs coming and going.
They have special lots, more convenient to the Cast entrances, protected by security cast. Entrance requires both cast ID and vehicle parking pass.
CMs also tend to know more "back" routes on and off property, but it's very easy to get caught in Guest traffic (exit traffic at the MK can be particularly nasty, I've heard)
