Wow! Epcot is really taking the win here! It really is such an amazing place.![]()
I would definitely go for EPCOT. It just has so much to do between Future World and World Showcase. I like DHS very much, but it just doesn't compare to how much EPCOT has to offer. There are so many more great restaurants and Illuminations, too. BTW, Good for you for going to MNSSHP. I went last year for the first time and I LOVED it. I might be able to go this year (I'm really hoping!). Are you wearing a costume?

always looking for WDW fans to interact with, and if you live in PA/NJ that's even better!
I just love Epcot, I don't care what is new at the other parks!
Ok so my quick two cents is from experience. We made I think 4 or 5 trips after Everest opened but didn't do it until this past March. Most of our trips were rather quick so we chose to do the parks we love, that have a laundry list of attractions we love, over chosing the park we're not a huge fan of with a new attraction we're dying to try. Even when we finally did do it, it was only because we had Park Hopper tickets. We literally went to AK, stood in line for EE, rode it and left. We almost never do PH though (because of the cost like you said) so it was out of luck really that it happened.
To me, the magic of being able to do multiple trips to Disney is doing those attractions you know and love and feeling immersed in the experience. If that means putting off something so you can be sure to hit all the things you love, I say do it!
Sometimes all you need is a reminder that out there lies a better place... a better world... a Walt Disney World.

EPCOT!!!! It and MK are not skipable. (Is that a word?) I can spend a day at DHS but by the end of the afternoon I am usually looking for something to do. I am huge Star Wars too but no way do I skip EPCOT for DHS and 1 ride.
i love them both, but i have to say....
what would you prefer more? a day "in the movies" or a day "around the world and a glimpse of the future"?????

Had to go with Epcot, over the past few years it has become my favorite park. It's a great mix of attractions, shows and food! DW and I really like to meander thru the World Showcase, which takes on a special feel at night.

PADisneygirl:
One question I have for you is this: how often do you get to the kingdom? When do you think you'll be back after this upcoming trip? Under normal circumstances I would definitely do Epcot. But, if you know you are going back relatively soon, then...why not the studios? Being 'forced' to spend a day there might not be so horrible. You might end up finding more things that you like about it.
Sorry for raising trouble since most of us seem to be in agreement that Epcot is better. I'm just trying to narrow it down to your situation. Neither choice is a bad choice.
