My trip is not complete without:

:mickeykid A visit to the Magic Kingdom.
We've gone on a few trips where we didn't hit every park. However, the Magic Kingdom is a MUST each trip.
:mickeykid A Mickey Bar
You can only get a Mickey Bar at Disney. There's something about taking that first bite of one of Mickey's ears that reverts me to being a child again. Also, I only get them at the Magic Kingdom. Sitting on a bench enjoying the view of Cinderella Castle just makes that ice cream bar taste so good. A MUST each trip.
:mickeykid Lunch at Nine Dragons - China Pavilion at Epcot
We've eaten at a lot of restaurants on Disney property. For some reason, we always come back to Nine Dragons. The whole family gobbles up the honey sesame chicken. It is REALLY good and now a MUST each trip.
:mickeykid Riding Test Track
We started going to Walt Disney World when our kids were too little to ride most of the attractions except the ones in Fantasyland. So, we would do the Rider Switch or skip them all together. Once the kids were ALL tall or old enough, it has made the trips more of a family vacation than one parent sitting on a bench waiting for the rest of the family. Our first official family riding together attraction was Test Track. So, it has a special place in our hearts.
:mickeykid Getting a Popcorn Bucket
The popcorn stands in the parks call to my husband like DSW calls to Imelda Marcos. He loves the Disney parks popcorn. A bucket of popcorn is also a great way to get a snack for a family and it NOT break the bank. Our family of five can easily snack on one bucket of popcorn. We have a collection of the popcorn buckets that won't stop. We never come home without one or two.
Getting an eggroll from the cart by the Swiss Family Treehouse.
Spaceship Earth, hands down.
A new one for my family is the Toy Story Midway Mania (although I see that it's been renamed Toy Story Mania). We had so much fun on that ride that my son still talks about it a year later.
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride use to be a must until it was pulled. My sister and I came out of that ride singing "We're merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily on our way to NOWHERE in par-ti-cu-lar!" That car hadn't even exited the ride yet.
