What's your ideal evening at World Showcase?

After listening to last weeek's podcast about the music of World Showcase, it made me think of great times my wife an I have (and have had before the birth of our son) in World Showcase. This coming August, we're finally bringing my wife's parents with us to WDW and we're planning the ideal World Showcase afternoon/evening. What's your perfect afternoon/evening that you would spend in World Showcase?

American Adventure, film in France, late dinner at Tangerine Cafe, followed by a beer and pretzel at Germany while watching IllumiNations.

Nice, NC Daddy! I've been thinking what we should do to maximize our time. I think we'll go on a "Food and Wine" style tour while snacking and listening to every musical act on the way. Possible finishing the night with some shshi and sake while watching Illuminations in Japan.

I love World Showcase, it may be my favorite place in all the World.

My ideal afternoon/night there would be to hit up Mexico early for about an hour, then Maelstrom, followed by the American Adventure, taking a slow stroll through the rest of the promenade to Canada for Oh Canada and dinner at Le Cellier and then fireworks! Brightens my day up just thinking about it.

Canada movie > Fish and Chips and Guinness in UK > Off Kilter > MoRockin' and Baklava > Japan shopping > Brat in Germany > China movie and Mango Gingerita > Carlsburg from a cute Norwegian beer girl and blood orange custard in Norway > Rio Del Tiempo and tequila > Illuminations.

Start at Club Cool. Proceed to dinner at any WS restaurant (Teppan Edo on my last trip was a VERY good choice). After dinner, stroll WS promenade, stop in Norway to ride the Maelstrom. Then head back to the Canada/UK/France side and find a spot for IllumiNations while enjoying some sort of snack or drink...maybe frozen lemonade? Then head to Beaches and Cream after IllumiNations
