Are YOU the Rebel Spy?!?!

I finally got to ride the new Star Tours ride last week, and it was a BLAST! I think I saw all the different segments, and it's so great to have the change ups everytime. I rode it three times during Magic Hours last Saturday, and on the 3rd time, I was the Rebel Spy!!! So fun.

So I figure that they usually take a pic of someone in the back row. I am a big goofy bearded guy, so I am kind of a likely target. It really made the ride pretty special! Love those touches.

So...are there any other Rebel Spies out there?!?!!?

Were you executed by the Emperor?

Never been on the ride so I'm not sure what being the Rebel Spy is all about.

Not chosen on the Star Tours ride yet, but I has photographed for the Stitch show in DLP. viewed it twice, once in French and once in English, since I was over in France, even though I don't speak the language. I didn't know they would do the photograph bit, so I was happy that they didn't get me the first time around! It is an interactive show (Turtletalk with Crush to the next level) so I wouldn't have been able to answer if I was chosen.

yes, on our trip in Sep. it was on our 2nd time to ride the new version and it was me..... too cool

Before you take off, Darth Vader shows up on a floating platform (for some reason) and says that he is looking for a rebel spy that he believes is aboard the Star Speeder. So as opposed to just having to leave the loading area and fly to Endor, now we are leaving Darth Vader instead. Unnecessary, but they always feel the need to re-use technology.

It's not always Darth Vader. It could be Leia as well. I had her looking for the rebel spy. It depends on the ride sequence.

Only bothered riding it once while I was there. Was afraid I'd get stuck with the annoying pod race garbage, so I was happy with my first ride of Hoth and Boba Fett.

I still don't get it.

Do you get a free mug out of the deal?

If I'm the rebel spy, I want some schwag, dagnabbitt!!

Our 10 year old daughter was! She was in the back row, far right corner.

Sadly, the only "mug" the rider gets is theirs up on the screen.
